Questions
- Why pay per exchange instead of a subscription?
- Most people run one or two exchanges a year. Paying once, only when you need more, is fairer than a monthly charge you forget to cancel.
- Will I be charged again next year?
- No. Nothing at giftex renews automatically — not exchanges, not the yearly pass. We'll send one friendly reminder before your pass ends, and you only buy again if giftex was worth it to you.
- Do participants have to pay or sign up?
- Never. Only the organizer has an account. Everyone else just clicks the link in their email.
- Can I upgrade after I've started?
- Yes. Upgrade any exchange from its setup or status page, before or after names are drawn. Matches stay exactly as they are.
- How do payments work?
- Payments are handled securely by Stripe — we never see your card number. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.
